What Benefits can be Expected?

Because of the enormous variation in the problems clients present with, it is not easy to say how much improvement may be made or how quickly and in what period of time. Experience shows that clients improve at the speed they earnestly desire and believe they can.

Hypnosis can be extremely effective and some problems can be overcome in 1 - 2 sessions,such as stopping smoking.Other problems can take longer but I would expect to see significant progress after 5-6 sessions.
